In a short survey conducted at ISLA’s Live Virtual Focus Day in October 2020, 93% of the participants voted that new digital business models need to be born in Aftersales to make an impact for customers. Although this might be a bit biased (we asked a group of service & parts professionals), there is little doubt that aftersales service is a main driver of digitally-enabled innovation. In this webinar, Siemens Healthineers and Schindler presented innovative projects that have made service processes more efficient, faster, and more transparent, and created added value for the customer.
