Who we are

ISLA - Your Service Leaders Network

ISLA organizes conferences and other events where service and logistics professionals find the perfect opportunity for meeting, learning, sharing, and networking

ISLA at a glance

We are an international network of professionals with focus on Customer Service, Lifecycle Solutions, and Service Logistics in the digital age. As Your Service Leaders Network, we are dedicated to nothing but networking, sharing ideas, and learning. ISLA is Europe’s best forum for the exchange among senior managers in service and parts intensive businesses. With a membership base primarily made of leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), it is independent and not commercially driven: Always striving to deliver 100% networking, exchange of experience, and opportunities to learn from one another. At meetings and conferences without distraction from sales pitches and marketing stands.
