To discuss how and identify the levers to increase aftermarket lifetime value, Caterpillar was hosting a meeting at the company’s Demonstration and Learning Center in Málaga (MDLC) in Southern Spain. Attendance was free of charge, but since the host provided insight into its product and service strategy, access was only possible for managers from companies which do not compete with Caterpillar in any of its businesses.
